Together we will hold your birth story as it flows through you, holding tender space to remember and integrate, capturing all of the delicate details of your journey welcoming your baby into the world with you. As a Narrative Medicine Practitioner and Somatic Therapy Coach, I use these frameworks to help hold and nurture this remembering- to process, integrate, and weave closure around your birth as you carry it with you across the sacred threshold into parenthood.

Through a series of one to three sessions together, we will hold the tender space to drop in, connect with the felt experience of your birth and integrate through somatic support. Once your story feels complete, you will receive a digital copy to treasure as an heirloom of this sacred passageway for you and your baby.
