Postpartum doula support meets you in your home to help nurture and care for mom, baby, family with attuned, compassionate care in the tender and transformative fourth trimester (the 12 weeks following birth). It’s intimate emotional, mental, physical support for you and your family as you heal and integrate your birth, learn your baby’s rhythms and language, navigate breastfeeding or bottle feeding, and adapt to new sleep / feed routines together as you heal and grow together individually and as a family.
