What is Postpartum Doula Support?
Postpartum support meets you in your home to help care for baby, birthing parents, and family. In consultation, we’ll explore the types of support most helpful to you and your family– from batch-cooking meals to caring for baby while parents sleep to ensuring light house-work is accomplished in this critical time. A working knowledge of sleep styles, baby developmental stages, somatic therapies, and compassionate care are applied each session through out time together.
“We APPRECIATE Tiffany and all that she has done to support our family- her gentle and reassuring presence and the generous care she has provided. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her in the early postpartum days and beyond!” -Elizabeth Gillette
