Womb Care

Traditional Uterine Massage and Well Womb Care is a practice of tending to the overall health and vitality of your sacred womb

Womb Care

Womb Care supports the overall health of the womb and body. An ancient practice that has been a part of traditional medicine for many cultures, including Mayan, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Ethiopian lineages– all understanding the uterus as a vital organ in a woman’s center that when out of alignment, creates stagnation and disharmony in the blood, lymph, nerve, and chi.

“During womb care sessions with Tiffany, I felt deeply heard and that my story was held in a sacred way. My body felt exquisitely nourished by Tiffany’s attentive touch, and the session gave me the space to slow down and allow healing to occur. Tiffany treats womb care recipients with the utmost respect and reverence for their individual journey and creates a safe atmosphere to process what arises for mind and body during the session.” -Salley W.

Session Flow

This non-invasive practice helps re-align the uterus in the womb, clear stagnation, stimulate blood-flow, promote cell production, integrate past trauma, and root into presence and connection with your womb.

Together we will sit down to discuss an intention for the session using breath and somatic practices to feel into the body and explore what is coming up before beginning a myofascial release using warm oil and nutritive herbs.

Womb Care is Most Supportive During:

  • Womb Care is not a practice held during pregnancy, yet is incredibly nourishing and supportive for womb health postpartum
  • Womb Care cannot be performed three days prior to and during the menstrual cycle as the body is naturally shedding and moving through its own cycle of downward movement.
  • A session is best held just after menstruation if you have a cycle, anytime before and after ovulation and before and after menstruation
  • Uterine Massage is supportive for those journeying through IVF, however we cannot hold a session during the stim phase of your IVF cycle. During estrogen priming or any other phase of the cycle is ideal.

“It was a beautiful experience. It felt very nourishing and healing and allowed me to dip into my Queen self, which I don’t get very often. I loved the warmth, the acupressure on my head and feet, the womb massage, as well as the somatic centering in the beginning. The space is both magical and safe, allowing me to truly let go and be in tune with the treatment. I can’t recommend it enough as a way to connect to the womb, and also feel centered and rejuvenated at the end of the session.” -Christine Garvin
