Birth Doula Support Package One: Held

• Two In-Person Prenatal Visits – Two two-hour sessions to create your Birth Intentions, practice labor breathing and comfort measures for birth, and create a supportive after-birth postpartum plan.
• Phone & Email Support from the moment of hire (with non-emergency response 9am-6pm)
• Two Virtual Breathwork/Movement Sessions in-between in-person prenatal visits to discuss what’s coming up during pregnancy, practice supportive somatic therapeutic practices.
• 24/7 On-Call Support: 37 Weeks Until Your Birth Journey Begins
• Hands-On Birth Support During Labor – up to 12 hours (with additional $50/hour support from a backup doula if needed beyond 12 hours)
• In-Home Postpartum Visit to process your birth experience if desired, support emotional and physical recovery, and newborn care after birth as well as one month of phone support after birth including local referrals for additional support if needed.

(Same as above without support during labor)
