Compassionate birth doula support in Asheville and throughout Western N.C. for women during one of the most sacred fertile seasons. Our time together will include prenatal visits offering emotional support, childbirth education, and resources to support you in preparing mind, body, and spirit.
This also includes on-call support during the third trimester- answering questions that arise, following-up after prenatal visits with your provider, finalizing your birth preferences, and ensuring you feel held, met, and resourced every step of the way.

One- Three Prenatal Visits – Offering pregnancy and birth education and resources, emotional support, breathing and physical exercises, birth and postpartum plan preparation, etc.
Phone & Email Support from the moment of hire
Three Virtual Breathwork/Movement Sessions to discuss what’s coming up during pregnancy, practice labor breathing techniques, and supportive somatic therapeutic practices
24/7 On-Call Support 37 Weeks Through Labor
Birth Support During Labor – up to 12 hours (with additional $50/hour support from a backup doula if needed beyond 12 hours)
Postpartum Visit to process your birth, support emotional and physical recovery, and newborn care after birth and one month of phone support after birth including local referrals for additional support if needed
